In accordance with the KVKK numbered 6698, your personal data that you share with ogspower.com may be processed by us, in whole or in part, automatically or non-automatically provided that it is part of any data recording system, by obtaining, recording, storing, changing, reorganizing, in short, by any kind of transaction performed on the data. Any transaction performed on the data within the scope of the KVKK is considered as “processing of personal data”.

In order to fulfill the requirements of the services we provide to our customers in accordance with the requirements of the contract and technology, and to improve our offered products and services;
In order to provide information to prosecutors, courts and relevant public officials upon request and as required by law regarding matters related to public security and legal disputes;
In order to offer a wide range of opportunities to our members or to share them with persons or institutions that can offer these opportunities within the legal framework;
In order to analyze advertising preferences,
it will be processed in accordance with the KVKK numbered 6698 and relevant secondary regulations.

  1. Information about Third Parties or Organizations to Which Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

For the purposes specified above, the persons/organizations to whom your personal data that you share with ogspower.com may be transferred are; our main shareholders, shareholders, advertisers, direct or indirect domestic/international affiliates; member companies using the ogspower.com infrastructure, and persons and organizations related to the service provided, primarily but not limited to these, program partner organizations, domestic/international organizations and other 3rd parties and organizations from whom we receive services and cooperate in order to carry out our activities and/or as Data Processors.

  1. How Your Personal Data Is Collected

Your personal data,

ogspower.com internet site and mobile applications and information such as name, surname, address, telephone, business or private e-mail address; preferences on pages logged in using username and password, IP records of transactions performed, cookie data collected by the browser and data including browsing duration and details, location data;

  1. Your Personal Data Obtained Before KVKK Comes into Force

Since ogspower.com did not start its publication life before April 7, 2016, which is the effective date of the KVKK, we do not have any personal data stored before this date.

  1. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data collected through any of the methods listed above, to be processed in Turkey or to be processed and stored outside Turkey, may also be transferred to service intermediaries located abroad (in countries accredited by the Personal Data Board and with sufficient protection in terms of the protection of personal data), provided that it remains within the scope of the KVKK and in accordance with the contractual purposes.

  1. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

ogspower.com is obliged to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data and to prevent unauthorized access to the systems and databases where your personal data is stored, in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK; to take software measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logging, access management and physical security measures in order to ensure their preservation. In the event that it is learned that personal data has been obtained by others through illegal means, the situation will be reported immediately, in accordance with the legal regulation and in writing to the Personal Data Protection Board.

  1. Keeping Personal Data Current and Accurate

According to Article 4 of the KVKK, ogspower.com has the obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, in order for ogspower.com to fulfill its obligations arising from the current legislation, our members must share their accurate and up-to-date data or update it via the website / mobile application.

  1. Rights of the Personal Data Owner According to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698

Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698 entered into force on October 7, 2016, and in accordance with the relevant article, the rights of the Personal Data Owner after this date are as follows:

The Personal Data Owner has the right to apply to ogspower.com (data controller) and to;
Learn whether personal data is processed,
Request information about personal data if it has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
Request notification of these operations to third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the event of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data,
Object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automated systems,
Request compensation for the damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

  1. Communication and Application Method

The Data Controller Representative to be appointed by ogspower.com will be announced in the Data Controllers Registry and on the internet address where this document is located, once the legal infrastructure is provided.

ogspower.com may respond positively/negatively to the requests submitted, provided that they are reasoned and responded within 30 days, in writing or digitally. It is essential that the necessary procedures regarding the requests are free of charge. However, if the procedures require a cost, ogspower.com reserves the right to request a fee. These fees are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board according to the tariff determined in accordance with Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
